Lana Earns RAW Women’s Title Shot – This week on RAW, superstars from RAW and SmackDown competed in a battle royal to determine the next challenger for Asuka’s Women’s Championship.
Nia Jax eliminated several competitors early on. But then everyone, including Jax’s partner Shayna Baszler, teamed up to eliminate Jax. In a sort of vengeance, Jax slammed Lana through the announce table.
Bianca Belair eliminated Baszler, and the Riott Squad eliminated Belair. Several competitors were eliminated during a commercial break. The match came down to Natalya, Lacey Evans, Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott. Natalya and Evans eliminated the Riott Squad, so it came down to the two former rivals.
Lacey and Natalya battled on the apron, and Natalya slammed Evans into the ring post to eliminate her. Lana, who was never eliminated despite being slammed through the broadcast table yet again, snuck up and eliminated Natalya.
Lana will get her shot at the title next week against Asuka.
