Former WWE Superstar Lio Rush is taking aim at Finn Balor on Twitter for not shooting down rumors of heat between them.
Rush says he texted Balor to tell him that he didn’t know where the rumor came from and Balor supposedly responded, “I don’t want to say anything about it publicly because it would draw more attention to the situation.”
Rush then says he told Balor that he would appreciate if he would say something to diffuse the situation but Balor never texted Rush back and he “never diffused the story.”
There was a report last year that claimed that Balor gave Rush some advice regarding his wife traveling on the road with him. Balor reportedly told Rush that Vince McMahon would not like Rush’s wife being present at rehearsals. Rush reportedly did not respond well to Balor’s advice and the rest of the locker room found out quickly.
There were reportedly more incidents that caused Rush to get more heat with the locker room.
