Cole tweeted after the match and touted the latest win in his year-plus title reign.

Takeover also saw Io Shirai capture the NXT Women’s Title by defeating Rhea Ripley and former champion Charlotte Flair.
Triple H took to Twitter after the match and congratulated Shirai.
