– During Impact Wrestling this week, a #1 contender tournament was revealed. The winner will get a shot at Tessa Blanchard’s title.
The first round matches are as follows:
- Rohit Raju vs. Trey Miguel
- Sami Callihan vs. Michael Elgin
- Hernandez vs. Mad Man Fulton
- Rhino vs. Ken Shamrock
Moose was in the tournament, but he is the TNA World Champion. Rohit Raju took Moose’s spot.
This tournament will start next week. The time and location for the next Impact World Title shot was not revealed. It might depend on how soon Tessa Blanchard can make it back.

– NXT Superstar Kimber Lee debuted for the company tonight. Kimber Lee was known as Abbey Laith in WWE NXT.
Lee debuted on Impact Wrestling as someone from Jessicka Havok’s past and they faced off. Those two have battled before and it appears Impact is bringing a real history to their feud.
