RAW episode opens up on the USA Network with a pre-recorded message from Paul Heyman. Heyman talks about how WWE Champion Brock Lesnar has dominated the company for years.
He names several Superstars and Hall of Famers – Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Steve Austin, Ric Flair, John Cena, and The Undertaker. Heyman says no one has been so dominant for so long.
The video cuts to Drew McIntyre. Drew says what Heyman said was true – no one has dominated WWE like Lesnar has, but then Brock ran into him. The video shows how Drew eliminated Brock in the Royal Rumble. Drew says in case Brock thought it was a fluke, he recently proved to Brock on RAW that he has met his match. The video shows the recent Claymore Kicks to Lesnar. Drew goes on about how he’s going to knock Lesnar on his ass to become the new WWE Champion at WrestleMania 36.
– We’re live from the empty WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Paul Heyman is in the middle of the ring with WWE Champion Brock Lesnar. Heyman introduces his client.
Paul says let’s be honest for a change. We live in most uncertain times right now. At this time in history, where we all just need a little certainty in our lives, he gives you that certainty in Brock Lesnar. Drew McIntyre can do anything that he wants to. He can train his ass off. He can go to the gym. He can spar with mixed martial artists, but Drew McIntyre cannot beat Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania. Not this most unique and most extraordinary Wrestlemania, a Wrestlemania too big for just one night. Drew can get down on his hands and knees and God’s prayer line will only give him a busy signal. The next time Drew prays for Wrestlemania, Brock will answer the call and make it quick and painless.
After what happened at the Royal Rumble and in Brooklyn, Brock will make it quick but it won’t be painless. Because Drew elimianted Brock at the Royal Rumble and put Brock on his back three times in Brooklyn, he is a made man. He will main event Wrestelmanias for years but when Wrestlemania is over, Drew will be another bitch that tried and another person who got stopped by the best to ever step in a WWE ring, Brock Lesnar.

In the Arena:
We are back and Kevin Owens is in the ring.
Kevin says last week he was in the ring to answer your challenge but you were nowhere to be found. Kevin says he heard that Seth is here tonight and has something to say so Kevin is all ears. He tells Seth to grace us with his presence.
Seth Rollins‘ music plays and he comes out to the stage.
Seth says Kevin was just the man he was looking for. He had a few questions about Kevin’s comments last week. This place is pretty nice. Do you honestly believe that fighting him in this building gives you the home field advantage. Seth says he didn’t train here while Kevin did train here. You earned your job in WWE in this building. Do you understand how you even got the opportunity to do those things. Seth says he didn’t train in this building because it didn’t exist when he got to the WWE. It was built on his blood, sweat and tears. Seth says he started in WWE in a dliapidated warehouse and he was told everything he learned did not matter.
Seth says he had to come back day after day and he had to succeed. Not for him, but for you. He did it so you could train in a building like this. You are standing in the way of Seth doing that for Raw but you continue to refuse to fall in line. None of this exists without Seth Rollins. NXT doesn’t exist without Seth Rollins. The Performance Center does not exist without Seth Rollins. Everyone who steps into this building owe him. There would be no Gargano, no Ciampa, no Undisputed Era, and no Women’s Revolution without Seth Rollins. There would be no Kevin Owens without Seth Rollins.
Seth asks Kevin if he can finish. His second question is more important. Why did you pick Wrestlemania of all places to make an example of him at Wrestlemania? Do you know my track record? I won the Intercontinental Championship and the World Championship. I beat Brock Lesnar and Triple H at Wrestlemania. You have no track record at Wrestlemania. Your record reads failure after failure. What about last year? You weren’t even good enough to be on Wrestlemania. You don’t get it. You can’t beat me on my worst day and Wrestlemania is never my worst day. Under pressure I become a God. You really don’t stand a chance.
– We take a look at Charlotte Flair versus Asuka from Wrestlemania 34. Whole match I guess so see you later…
Backstage:
Charlotte Flair is in the back and she is asked about reliving that Wrestlemania moment. That was inspiring. Rhea Ripley wants to be just like her. She broke Asuka‘s undefeated streak. Rhea is excited about defending the title at Wrestlemania but she ended Asuka’s streak. She retired the Divas’ Title. Last year, she main evented Wrestlemania. Maybe Rhea should watch some of her matches.
We go to commercial.
In the Arena:
We are back and Randy Orton makes his way to the stage.
Randy says over the last few months he has said things and done things that have been misunderstood. What he did came from a place of love. It has been seen and it has been taken as an act of brutality or an act of violence. Now, Edge, I am talking to you. I am here to respond to your challenge from last week but he needs to get something off his chest first. He has to apologize. Three weeks ago, he lied to Beth in the ring when I said that you are a junkie for the roar of the crowd. You are a junkie for your own ego. Adam Copeland is a junkie for Edge. Last week, there was something you said that rang true.
Randy says he never had to pay his dues. He was handed an opportunity for who he was and what his last name is. Just because he was handed an opportunity, it doesn’t guarantee a Hall of Fame Career. One year after being called up, I won the IC title. Then in less than a year, I became the youngest World Champion in history. Was I handed that? You said Mick Foley passed the torch but he handed you the torch. Mick threw men in thumbtacks and then I spat in his face and took that torch.
I went from being a third generation prospect to the three most dangerous letters in Sports Entertainment. That was because of grit. Grit isn’t sitting at home for nine years wondering ‘what if’ Grit is longevity in an industry that seldom has any. Grit is being the one constant in the WWE locker room. He looks to his left and to his right and he does not see anyone who has accomplished what he has. No one has as much grit as me and that includes you. You call me an entitled brat, but aren’t you the Ultimate Opportunist? You wouldn’t have done the same thing? Would you have said no if you were asked to join Evolution?
Everything I have said for the last few months is because I love you, your family, and your children. I sent their father home. Then you challenged me. You want Randy Orton versus Edge in a Last Man Standing Match at Wrestlemania.
Edge, you may be writing this story, but at Wrestlemania I am going to write the last chapter and end it.
I accept.
Orton slowly paces around on the stage as his music hits. RAW goes off the air from the WWE Performance Center with Orton staring out at the ring and the camera.
