As previously noted, Roman Reigns has pulled out of WrestleMania so his Universal Championship match with Goldberg has been canceled. Reigns is not the only wrestler to pull out of the show.
Dave Meltzer is reporting that multiple people have pulled out. The names have been kept confidential because very few people in the company know what is going on but the card has changed and we should know more details soon.
Some people that were scheduled to be on the card said they were sick which means they would instantly be pulled off the show. There were others who did not feel sick but had fevers above 100.4, which disqualifies them from stepping into the Performance Center, per WWE’s policy of minimizing the performer’s risk of being exposed to the coronavirus.
WrestleMania tapings were held over the last 24 hours on Wednesday and Thursday. There is no word yet on what the alternate plans were in place of wrestlers that pulled out.
