AEW Currently Scrambling Backstage Due To Stars Canceling

AEW Currently Scrambling Backstage Due To Stars Canceling
AEW is bringing Dynamite to TNT this week from an empty Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida. The coronavirus pandemic is continuing to cause issues for everyone on this planet, even The Elite.

Below is the current lineup for tonight's show:
  • Lucha Bros vs. Best Friends
  • The reveal of The Dark Order's leader, The Exalted One
  • The Inner Circle vs. The Elite in six-man action with the winners receiving the advantage for the Blood and Guts Match on March 25
  • Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy vs. The Butcher and The Blade
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez went on to say that AEW is currently “scrambling” backstage because wrestlers can’t make it to the show.

“I know a lot of the wrestlers won’t be coming to the show tonight so they’ve been scrambling to re-write, re-write, re-write. So it will be very interesting to see what they will have tonight for AEW.”

All Elite Wrestling will put out the best show possible considering these awful conditions. It sounds like things aren’t going as smoothly as they would have liked right now.

Tony Khan did tell the AEW roster that they can decide not to come and they won’t lose their spot.
“Tony Khan told all talent tonight that nobody is under pressure to work next week’s show as long as this is going on. He said that anyone who is feeling any illness or is stressed about travel that it’s okay to stay home. He said nobody will be judged by the decision that they make and nobody will lose their spot or their push over it.”
It appears some people took him up on that offer.
