As noted, Angel Garza’s appearance on this past Monday’s WWE RAW primarily came about as a way to continue the storyline existing storylines while Andrade is out serving his 30-day Wellness Policy violation.
On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, it was suggested that Garza is likely going to be used on both Raw and NXT as the announcers specifically referenced that he was still an NXT performer. However, it was also noted that WWE’s internal rule is currently to not bring up NXT superstars to the main roster unless there is a storyline planned for it well in advance but because of Andrade’s suspension, they had to make an exception in this case.
Depending on how things play out including Garza’s performance on RAW (he reportedly impressed officials), there is a chance that he will remain on the main roster even after Andrade comes back.
