Bianca Belair won the Battle Royal main event of tonight’s NXT episode to earn the number one contender slot at the NXT Women’s Championship.
Bianca will now take on NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley at NXT TakeOver: Portland, and judging from her competitiveness tonight, she’ll be extremely ready no matter who she has to take on. Belair last eliminated Io Shirai.
Ripley congratulates Bianca on Twitter, then she sent the following warning: “Once I’m done with cry baby @tonistorm_, I’ll quiet happily remind you of what happened the last time you dreamt about beating me. 👹 #WWENXT”
NXT “Takeover: Portland” will take place on Sunday, February 16 from the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon, and will air live on the WWE Network.
