It has finally been announced that AEW will have a women’s match at their upcoming Full Gear pay-per-view event.
It was mentioned earlier that Britt Baker will face Bea Priestley on the pre-show Buy In, but now we have a match on the main card as Riho will be defending her Women’s World Title against Emi Sakura.
Since becoming the first winner of the title, Riho has defended the title just one other time just a few weeks ago against Baker.
Sakura has recently been featured on AEW Dark where she won in a four-way match against Penelope Ford, Sadie Gibbs, and Allie. She would pick up the win after executing a combination that resulted in rolling up Ford for the win.
This match will take place at Full Gear in Baltimore this Saturday, Nov. 9 and can be seen on FiteTV and ITVWrestling.
