FOX has announced a WWE SmackDown Kickoff pre-show for tomorrow’s big FOX premiere from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
The thirty-minute pre-show will begin at 7:30pm ET and will be hosted by Renee Young and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, the hosts of the upcoming WWE Backstage studio show on FS1.
Kayla Braxton will provide behind-the-scenes coverage while Charissa Thompson of FOX Sports will cover Superstars and celebrities arriving on the blue carpet outside of the Staples Center.
Cathy Kelley and Mike Rome will also host a live episode of WWE Now at 3:30pm ET, to preview the SmackDown FOX premiere later in the night. They will be joined by WWE Champion Kofi Kingston, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss, and The Miz. WWE Now goes live before Friday Night SmackDown’s debut on FOX
Cathy Kelley and Mike Rome will host a WWE Now live presented by Xfinity previewing the debut of Friday Night SmackDown on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube this Friday at 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT.Mere hours before defending his WWE Championship against Brock Lesnar, Kofi Kingston will join the show to break down his title bout. The Miz and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross will also be featured during the live preview.
