Triple H spoke with media reporters following NXT on the USA Network. During the conference call, “The Game” provided some good news regarding the status of Tommaso Ciampa.
“He is getting very close. When you come down to the end there is this point and time when you are just chopping at the bit. You’re ready to go, you feel like you can move the world. And yet, the doctors are still like, ‘Give it a bit more, take it slow.’”
Triple H talked about how the last couple of percent to getting to 100% is the most frustrating part for an athlete due to them thinking you can return.
“He’s ready, he’s as close as he can get. He is the racehorse right now, stomping and pulling at that gate. When that doctor tells him to go, he’s going to come flying out of there.”
