WWE has announced Shinsuke Nakamura vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor for tonight’s Extreme Rules Kickoff pre-show.
WWE has also added Kevin Owens vs. Dolph Ziggler for the main card. The two men have been battling back and forth over the course of the last few weeks, with Owens debuting a brand new ‘tweener’ type of attitude that has sent him soaring up the ranks of the main roster. Prior to this, Owens had initially been banned from a live event by Shane McMahon.
