There was a power outage in Windsor, Ontario during the Impact Wrestling TV tapings on Sunday night because of a severe storm in the area.
The show was put on hold until the power could be restored, which was somewhere between 30-40 minutes later.
As you can see below, Tommy Dreamer talked with the fans in attendance to let them know what was going on. Some fans will probably pile on them for this but the fact is that this was not their fault and I think the fans in attendance understood that.
