This week’s WWE Smackdown Live averaged 1.983 million viewers for USA Network, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. The number was up from the 1.827 million count from last Tuesday’s edition.
The number was up, but the fact that the show remained below two million viewers despite not facing NBA playoff competition is alarming. Smackdown finished second in the 18-49 demographic behind the NHL playoff game, which delivered 1.807 million overall viewers for NBC Sports Network. The May 22, 2018 edition of Smackdown delivered 2.195 million viewers.
