Tommaso Ciampa Injury Update: Surgeon Says Operation Went Perfect

During tonight’s episode of NXT, WWE gave an injury update on Tommaso Ciampa.

First, they explained the severity of the injury. “This spinal cord is starting to compress right here,” said Ciampa’s doctor. “With a hard hit to the head it could paralyze.”

While this was worrying news and why surgery was necessary, the future looks brighter than one might initially think. “Things went perfect,” said his surgeon of the operation. “Not good, but perfect.”
