Shane McMahon Turns Heel at Fastlane, Attacks The Miz After Their Match

Shane McMahon

The SmackDown Tag Team Championship match kicked off this year’s WWE Fastlane pay-per-view. The Usos put their titles on the line against Shane McMahon and The Miz with Miz’s father watching in the first row.

Miz was a total babyface in front of the hometown crowd in Cleveland. Late in the match, Miz appeared to have the match won but the referee was helping Shane McMahon get out of the ring so the ref was late to make the count on Jimmy Uso.

Miz took the advice from his dad and attempted a frog splash on Jimmy but it was reversed into a small package and The Usos got the win to retain the titles.

Miz and McMahon walked over to Mr. Miz at ringside. McMahon then attacked Miz from behind in an apparent heel turn. The heel turn was something they’ve had planned since last October.

It looks like we’re getting McMahon vs. Miz at WrestleMania.
