Batista returned to RAW to address his actions from two weeks ago when he attacked Ric Flair during his 70th birthday celebration. This would be the first time we would see Batista and Triple H in the same arena the Evolution reunion last October on SmackDown 1000.
Triple H was ready for a fight but Batista was flanked by personal security because he is a Hollywood megastar. Batista spoke his mind from the stage area while Triple H looked on from the ring.
Batista acknowledged that he’s quit WWE before because Triple H would talk down and try to hold him down. Batista said he has been asking for something for years (the match at WrestleMania) and he will keep hurting people if he doesn’t get what he wants. After several attempts from Batista, Triple H finally gave in and said, “you want me at WrestleMania? You’re on!”
Triple H said this would be a “No Holds Barred” match.
