WWE no longer has to compete with Monday Night Football so they were expecting to see the ratings increase this week and that is exactly what they got.
This week’s episode was watched by an average of 2,722,000 viewers. This is up from last week’s 2.324 million viewers for the first show of the year, and the best RAW viewership since the September 10 episode, which drew 2.740 million viewers.
Hour 1 – 2,775,000
Hour 2 – 2,781,000
Hour 3 – 2,610,000
This week’s show was headlined by Finn Balor becoming the number 1 contender for Brock Lesnar’s Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble. He defeated John Cena in a Triple Threat that included Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin.
