– The War Raiders vs. NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong is now official for the “Takeover: Phoenix” event later this month.

“If anyone thinks for one second that those two mouth-breathers are going to dethrone the NXT Tag Team Champions,” O’Reilly said. “Here’s a little history lesson – the year 1066, the Viking raids ended, which puts them about 953 years late to The Undisputed Era. 2019, we are the warriors.
Strong added, “We’re just on another level and we have to tell everybody, each and every time. You know, they can attack us, they can get one up on us but it doesn’t matter because come ‘Takeover: Phoenix’ we show the entire world those cosplay Vikings have nothing on us.”
– Daniel Bryan spoke to ABC 15 in Arizona about the upcoming Royal Rumble pay-per-view. The event will take place at Chase Field, which is the stadium where the Arizona Diamondbacks MLB team plays.
Bryan noted that the event had never taken place at a baseball stadium before, and the plan right now is for talent to make their entrances from the dugout.
“It’s an incredible stadium, and we were actually just talking about what the metamorphosis would look like,” Bryan said. “Right now the thought is that we come out of the dugout. We’ve never had a Royal Rumble at a baseball stadium before. I’m super psyched, I’ve never come out of a dugout to go to a wrestling show before, so I think it should be exciting.”
