Following ROH Final Battle, The Elite did a curtain call after the show went off the air.
Nick Jackson said that the Hammerstein Ballroom is his favorite place to wrestle in. Matt Jackson told the fans that The Elite would be back in New York City. Some fans took that to mean that The Elite would be in New York City for Ring Of Honor but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Matt kept things vague and did not say if they would be in NYC for Ring Of Honor’s show in Madison Square Garden during WrestleMania weekend. Matt’s statement could be about plans to wrestle in NYC on a future All In show or a future event for the upstart All Elite Wrestling promotion.
Matt hugged Cary Silkin and thanked him and told him that none of this would be possible without him. Matt said he and Nick started in ROH over ten years ago and the last two years have been the best time of his life. Matt also told the fans that he loved them from the bottom of his heart as the fans changed “Elite, Be Be Elite.” Matt also thanked Joe Koff and Greg Gilland. Then fans began chanting “All or Nothing,” the next big Elite show rumored to be taking place sometime next year in Las Vegas.
It’s likely that we won’t know about anything regarding The Elite until January when everyone becomes a free agent.
