Last week on SmackDown Live, a great 205 Live standout, Mustafa Ali was given a match with WWE Champion, Daniel Bryan.
This week, it has been announced that Mustafa is a permanent member of the WWE Smackdown roster now and he competed alongside AJ Styles to face the tandem of Andrade Cien Almas and Daniel Bryan.
Ali pinned WWE Champion Daniel Bryan with his “The 054” finisher, and kicked off SmackDown’s new era in a big way!
They also confirmed that there would be no new roster additions outside of the six acts that were mentioned last night.
