– Thursday’s Impact Wrestling episode, featuring World Champion Johnny Impact retaining over Killer Kross in the main event, drew 101,000 viewers. This is down 22% from last week’s 129,000 viewers. This would be the second-lowest viewership in the history of the show.
– WWE will be airing a Starrcade special next Sunday, November 25th at 8 p.m. ET. The one-hour special will feature matches from the WWE Starrcade live event the night before from the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Starrcade was WCW’s signature event from 1983 through 2000, before the company was purchased by WWE in 2001. WWE revived the event in 2017 as a non-televised live event in Greensboro, North Carolina, which was the location of the very first Starrcade on November 24, 1983.
– WWE has a new poll asking fans which match they’re most looking forward to at Saturday’s WWE NXT “Takeover: War Games II” event. As of this writing, 49% voted for the big War Games main event while 23% voted for Aleister Black vs. Johnny Gargano, 16% for The Velveteen Dream vs. NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa and 12% for the 2 of 3 Falls Match between Kairi Sane and NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler.
