Tonight’s NXT TV tapings have been newsworthy. Keith Lee made his debut at Full Sail University on Wednesday night and he defeated Marcel Barthel.
We previously reported that Lee was at the Performance Center. His first WWE TV appearance was last month at NXT Takeover: Chicago.
Lee is best known to fans for his impressive matches in Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, among other promotions. He is a former PWG World Champion and former WWN Champion for the EVOLVE promotion.
There was a lot of hype surrounding his debut so my guess is that he will be pushed as a top-tier star on the brand.
