Possible Match For Money In the Bank, WWE Signs Former Pro Athlete, WWE Cruiserweight Reveals Injury

– Sky Sports reports that WWE has signed former professional rugby player Luke Menzies. Menzies first worked a WWE tryout two years ago in Scotland and has been working the UK indies since 2016. He was trained by UK legend Marty Jones.

– There’s been talk of adding Sin Cara vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas to the WWE Money In the Bank pay-per-view on June 17th, according to PWInsider. As noted, Cara vs. Almas will take place on Tuesday’s SmackDown. The match received rave reviews from fans on the recent WWE tour of Europe.

– WWE Cruiserweight Mark Andrews announced that won’t be able to make the Download Fest this weekend due to an elbow injury. The music festival takes place from Friday through Sunday and will feature NXT matches for the third year in a row. Andrews tweeted:
