Braxton Sutter finished up with Impact Wrestling at this week’s TV tapings in Orlando. In a statement on Twitter, he thanked the company for giving him a contract and allowing him to work with his wife at the same time. Sutter is married in real-life to Allie (Cherry Bomb).
Sutter was the one to ask for his release so it could be that he has an offer to work for another promotion. They had been phasing him out, beginning with his split with Su Yung at the Redemption pay-per-view.
Here is the statement from Sutter on his departure:
My time at @IMPACTWRESTLING is up and I would to extend a HUGE thank you to them. They gave me my first official contract/job as a wrestler at 35yrs old and hired my wife at the same time. I’ll never forget that. It was a great chapter in my life, now onto the next one!! pic.twitter.com/5tB2CZKdBg— Pepper Parks (@BraxtonSutter) April 26, 2018
