– This week’s WWE SmackDown, featuring Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Shelton Benjamin in the main event, drew 2.576 million viewers. This is down 11% from last week’s 2.888 million viewers, which was the best blue brand viewership of 2018 and the best SmackDown viewership going back to the April 11th, 2017 episode.
In comparison, Monday’s RAW drew 3.366 million viewers, up from last week’s 3.327 million viewers.
– In this video, Daniel Bryan’s former anger management coach from their 2012 storyline, Dr. Shelby, offers some advice for Bryan. Shelby was impressed by Bryan’s fiery promo on last night’s SmackDown Live, but had some tips for him, like not using the word “ass” and to trim his beard.
– Tyler Breeze is celebrating a big milestone of 1,000 career matches this week. The 1,000th match came on Tuesday’s SmackDown, the loss to Dolph Ziggler. He tweeted the following thanks to Ziggler and Fandango:
