When Drew McIntyre Possibly Suffered Injury, Kevin Owens Gives Props To The Velveteen Dream,

– As noted, Drew McIntyre appeared to have suffered a torn bicep at the end of his match with Andrade “Cien” Almas at last night’s NXT Takeover: WarGames show.

Taz took to Twitter and noted that the injury appeared to occur during the final spot of the match, when Almas dropped McIntyre with his DDT as McIntyre held on to the top rope. Taz tweeted:

I dont normally do this on here but i just watch the #NXTTakeOver Championship match, looked to me like @DMcIntyreWWE might’ve torn his bicep on the finish as he held the rope. Could separation in base of his Bicep. Been there, it sucks for Drew. head up brother.
