NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III takes place on August 19th. As always, we will be providing live play-by-play coverage of the event.
– According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Chris Jericho’s recent run with WWE is already over.
Jericho was only brought in as a one shot surprise in order to get a pop from the crowd and also used as a way for Styles to get back the U.S. title without Owens losing on television.
As of this writing, Jericho is not being advertised for any upcoming WWE events. Jericho will be pretty busy with his new book coming out in a few weeks because he’ll be starting a publicity tour for the book at that time.
