– This week’s WWE SmackDown, featuring the final hype for Sunday’s SummerSlam pay-per-view, drew 2.530 million viewers. This is down from last week’s 2.584 million viewers. The show also featured the first-ever match between John Cena and WWE Champion Jinder Mahal as the main event.
SmackDown was #5 in viewership, behind Rachel Maddow, Last Word, Tucker Carlson and Hannity. SmackDown #1 in the 18-49 demographic on cable this week.
In comparison, Monday’s RAW drew 3.233 million viewers, down from last week’s 3.240 million viewers.
