Apparently there was an incident between Braun Strowman and Karen Jarrett at a bar establishment in Nashville when Global Force Wrestling had meetings and RAW was in the same city.
The story is that Karen approached Strowman about getting an autograph for her son and he had no idea who she was. Stromwan was rude to her and may have even sworn at her. This turned into a big scene at the bar because Karen immediately cut a loud promo on him in front of everyone for blowing her off. While she was going off on him, she mentioned how she was going to tell her son’s father about this incident, and her son’s father is Kurt Angle.
After Strowman had heard this, he agreed to sign an autograph and begged her not to tell Kurt or anyone about the incident. He also apologized and said he’d get on his knees and beg her not to tell Kurt. Karen said she was still telling Kurt. Strowman then got on his knees and begged her not to tell tell him and she basically said something like now you’re acting like that because you found out that Kurt Angle is the father of her son, but even if he wasn’t, he should have never acted like that to a mother who asked for an autograph for her son, even if it was just another wrestling fan. He agreed and apologized again.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter indicated in the latest issue that while this may have happened, this story will be denied all week by everyone involved.
