Miz says he elevated the Intercontinental Title match while Ambrose dragged the title down. That title needs a comeback. After Extreme Rules, the Intercontinental Title Match Rehabilitation Tour will start and go all over the world.

Dean Ambrose’s music plays and he comes to the ring.

Dean says he does not always make great decisions, but he sees three buttheads out here but he figures someone has to come out and shut their mouths.

Miz asks if the people want Dean to shut his mouth. Miz says to look at the numbers because it is three on one.

Dean says he may be crazy, but he is not stupid. Matt and Jeff Hardy make their way to the ring to join Dean.
