On today’s episode of Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez confirmed reports that Gillberg will be making a return to WWE. The plan is to have him involved in an angle that will see Goldberg destroy Gill.
For those unaware, Gillberg is a parody character of Goldberg that was used during the Attitude era. Gill actually became a one time Light Heavyweight Champion. He would go on to hold the title for 15 months, becoming the longest reigning Light Heavyweight Champion.
