– ESPN will be airing a “30 for 30” documentary titled “This Was the XFL”, which will look at the short lived XFL promotion and will feature Vince McMahon, who headed the league alongside Dick Ebersol.
The special debuts on February 2nd at 9pm EST, and The Wrestling Observer notes the piece will be a largely positive look at the football league, given that Charlie Ebersol, Dick’s son, is putting it together.
WWE Hall of Famer Jesse Ventura and Bob Costas will also be featured on the show, as Ventura did commentary for the XFL.
– In the video below, Jack Gallagher is informed that his “I Forfeit” match with Ariya Daivari will take place on WWE 205 Live this week. Gallagher says this is exactly what he wanted but he will be keeping a close eye on Daivari at RAW tonigiht.
– WWE announced that Sophia Grace will premiere her new “Hollywood” music video on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live. Lana, Naomi, Sasha Banks and The Bella Twins are featured in the music video.
Also confirmed for the show includes Becky Lynch getting a Title shot against Alexa Bliss inside of a steel cage and Carmella taking James Ellsworth shopping.
