Backstage News on Why Tyson Kidd Was Removed From Total Divas, What WWE Officials Were Worried About

As noted, WWE removed Tyson Kidd from the new season of Total Divas, and according to Pro Wrestling Sheet, the reason is because WWE wants to keep details of his neck injury private.

Sources are reporting that Kidd has yet to heal from the devastating neck injury he suffered during an NXT match against Samoa Joe, and because he is still very much hurt, WWE pulled him from Total Divas.

The report adds WWE is worried that Kidd might open up about his injury if he remained on Total Divas, and might bring into question comments Bruce Hart made earlier this year when he said WWE treated Kidd’s injury with negligence, a claim Kidd never denied or confirmed.

Kidd reportedly wants to speak out about the night of his injury, and what has transpired since then, but he cannot due to his contract with WWE.
