As noted, Bill Goldberg is now official for the 30-man WWE Royal Rumble main event in January from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
It looks like Brock Lesnar may be in the match with Goldberg as Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that The Beast has been booked for the pay-per-view.
The report indicates that Lesnar will be in the main event with Goldberg and 28 other Superstars but that hasn’t been confirmed. Dave Meltzer speculated on Wrestling Observer Radio that Lesnar may end up costing Goldberg the Rumble match, setting up a Survivor Series rematch for WrestleMania 33 in Orlando.
