As noted, TNA held its final Impact Wrestling tapings of 2016 last night in Orlando, and below are some big news items coming out of the tapings. You can read complete, detailed spoiler results at this link.
– It was announced that due to injury, Gail Kim was pulled from the tapings and subsequently forced to relinquish the Knockouts Title. It was then announced that Rosemary vs Jade inside 6 Sides of Steel would take place to crown a new TNA Knockouts Champion. Rosemary won the bout to become the new Champion.
– Matt Hardy said he wanted to outdo The Great War, so he announced Total Nonstop Deletion, which will be an episode of Impact Wrestling taking place entirely at the Hardy compound. Hardy added that King Maxel will make his TNA debut at the event, and he challenged any team to face them. The Decay, along with Trevor Lee and Andrew Everett said they will accept the challenge. Rosemary will also defend her TNA Knockouts Title at Total Nonstop Deletion.
