Bobby Lashley Continues His Bellator MMA Undefeated Streak

MMA fighter and three-time TNA Word Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley continued his undefeated streak with Bellator MMA with a submission victory over heavyweight fighter Josh “The Juggernaut” Appelt at tonight’s Bellator 162 event on Spike TV. The former WWE star was dominant in the first round controlling the action against the current reigning West Coast Fighting Heavyweight Champion, and secured the victory with a rear naked choke in the second.

Appelt moves to 12-6 overall (3-2 in Bellator fights) while Lashley moves to 15-2 (5-0 in Bellator fights). The bout was second from the top on a card that featured the 53-9 former Bellator Middleweight Champion Alexander Shlemenko taking on former UFC Ultimate Fighter winner Kendall Grove.
