– Zoel Lopez shared the following photo, featuring balloons rigged up in the rafters at tonight’s WWE RAW host venue, the Sprint Center in Kansas City. It was hinted at earlier today that a celebration was planned, or at least called for, by new WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens:
