As noted, Randy Orton received 10 staples to the head to close a legit wound suffered at the hands of Brock Lesnar during their WWE SummerSlam match on Sunday. Due to concussion concern, Orton also underwent ImPACT testing and while this has not been confirmed, multiple sources indicate that Orton did not suffer a concussion.
On a related note, it’s been reported how there’s speculation of WWE doing a Lesnar vs. Shane match in the near future. Shane indicated on SmackDown last night that their feud is not over, adding to that speculation. We can confirm that the idea of Lesnar vs. Shane has been discussed but the current plan has Shane finding Brock’s next opponent. No word yet on how they would get to Shane vs. Brock, if they do at all.
