– Randy Orton vs. Bray Wyatt is now official for the September 11th WWE Backlash pay-per-view from Richmond, Virginia. Also, as seen on Talking Smack, Daniel Bryan announced that The Miz will defend the IC title against Dolph Ziggler.

– “The Hype Bros.” Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley defeated “The Vaudevillains” Simon Gotch and Aiden English on tonight’s WWE SmackDown to advance to the semi-finals of the tournament to crown the first-ever SmackDown Tag Team Titles.
Tonight’s show also saw Heath Slater and Rhyno defeat the returning “Headbangers” Mosh and Thrasher to advance to the semi-finals.
The semi-finals will feature “American Alpha” Chad Gable and Jason Jordan vs. The Usos and The Hype Bros. vs. Slater and Rhyno. The finals will then take place on September 11th at the Backlash pay-per-view in Richmond.
