– As noted, Shane McMahon announced on SmackDown that the brand will begin running their own pay-per-views on September 11th with Backlash from Richmond, Virginia. It’s worth noting that John Cena is not currently advertised for that pay-per-view but he is advertised for the WWE live event in Shanghai, China the day before.
– Brock Lesnar has been added for the August 15th WWE RAW from Corpus Christi, Texas. This is the final RAW before SummerSlam, where Lesnar will face Randy Orton. As noted, Lesnar will return to RAW this coming Monday in Atlanta.
