This week’s sitdown interview with Michael Cole features Enzo Amore and Big Cass. Below are video and highlights:
* Cole brings up how they could be split up in the WWE Draft next week and asks Cass what that means to him. Cass says he got into this business for one reason – to be the man and to be the best. They are a tag team right now but if they get split up, that’s the start of his journey to his ultimate goal – to be the very best WWE has to offer.
* Enzo says it’s a double-edged sword and brings up how Vince McMahon wants competition. Enzo says if you put them both on the show, it guarantees that show will be better. If they get split up, they will just be the best on each brand
* Cole asks about teaming with John Cena to face Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson and AJ Styles at Battleground. Enzo calls Cena’s run one of the greatest in the history of the business. Enzo says he’s beyond himself to go into Battleground with Cena. He feels it bodes well for everyone. Cass acknowledges that he was not a fan of Cena’s growing up. Cass says he would boo Cena out of the building and curse him at WWE shows when he was younger. Cass says when he got to WWE, he realized Cena commands respect and sets the bar so high because his work ethic is second to none. Cass says he is extremely looking forward to teaming with Cena and Enzo says they will step it up
* Cole asks about The Club and Enzo takes shots at them, saying they’re going to go out and beat the hell out of them at Battleground.
