The status of Eric Young has been somewhat of a quiet subject since the former TNA Champion made his WWE NXT debut in late April.
With the WWE brand split approaching, and WWE reportedly contacting former talents about a return when Smackdown goes live, there has been much speculation as to how the NXT roster will be affected when the Blue Brand adopts a new roster.
When asked on Twitter whether or not Eric Young will be a part of NXT moving forward, Dave Meltzer responded with the following:
