WWE Star Addresses Controversial Bathroom Bill

As noted, tonight’s RAW takes place from Greensboro, North Carolina. There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the state after Governor Pat McCrory signed House Bill 2 several weeks back, which has become known as “The Bathroom Bill.” Many celebrities including Bruce Springsteen and Pearl Jam have canceled events in North Carolina due to the bill, which critics say discriminates against transgender people. Darren Young tweeted the following to a fan who said he is disrespecting gay people by working RAW tonight:
