William Regal welcomes everyone and he thanks everyone for making WWE NXT Takeover a success. He mentions that Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa will face the Vaudevillains. Bayley will have her first appearance since losing the title to Asuka. We will also see Shinsuke Nakamura in action.

Austin Aries vs. Angelo Dawkins
They circle each other before locking up. Dawkins with a wrist lock and Aries with a reversal and side head lock. Dawkins with a waist lock take down and Dawkins loses his head bands. Dawkins with a wrist lock but Aries with a hammer lock and drop toe hold. Aries floats over on Dawkins and gets a few near falls. Aries with a side head lock but Dawkins with a shoulder tackle. Aries with a few arm drags into an arm bar. Dawkins with a head scissors and Aries escapes with a head stand and then hits a drop kick because Dawkins does not watch Aries’ tapes. Dawkins with a punch to Aries.
Dawkins follows with a clothesline and kicks. Dawkins gets a little cocky while standing over Aries. Aries with forearms but Dawkins with a front face lock and he applies his weight to Aries to add more pressure. Aries backs Dawkins into the corner and Dawkins with forearms and punches. Aries moves and Dawkins goes into the turnbuckles. Aries with forearms and punches. Aries with a chop. Dawkins with an Irish whip but Aries slides into the corner and clotheslines Dawkins. Aries with a neck breaker onto the middle rope from the apron. Aries goes up top and hits a missile drop kick.
Aries with a running clothesline into the corner and then Aries with a rolling elbow and he gets the three count.

Samoa Joe is in the interview area and he is asked about what is next for him. Joe asks if things have changed because Finn won. Joe says he is a warrior and he will continue until he wins the war. Next week he takes his battle to Apollo Crews and that is what is next for him.

Alexa Bliss vs. Tessa Blanchard
They lock up and go to a stalemate. They lock up again and Bliss with a waist lock and take down into a front face lock. Blanchard escapes and applies a hammer lock. Bliss gets away from Tessa. Bliss with another waist lock and Blanchard with a shoulder tackle for a near fall. Blanchard with a slam and shoulder tackle. Bliss with a forearm and then she continues with forearms to the back and she gets a near fall. Bliss sends Blanchard into the ropes and she chokes Tessa until the referee warns her. Bliss with a surfboard as she drives Blanchard’s face into the mat.
Bliss with a snap mare into a cravate. Bliss holds on while Blanchard tries to escape with forearms. Blanchard with punches and she gets a near fall. Bliss with a knee to the midsection. Bliss has a slap blocked and Blanchard with forearms. Bliss pushes Blanchard and Blanchard with clotheslines to Bliss. Bliss sends Blanchard into the turnbuckles but Blanchard with an elbow. Bliss sends Blanchard to the mat and then hits a handspring knee drop for the three count.

Finn Balor is asked who he thinks the next number one contender is and he says he has an obligation to the NXT Universe to fight anyone. Finn is asked if he is going to watch Shinsuke Nakamura’s match. Finn says he is looking forward to seeing him and he knows that Nakamura is here for the NXT Championship so when Nakamura is ready, he will be here for him.

Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa vs. Aiden English and Simon Gotch
Gargano and Gotch start things off. Gotch charges at Gargano but Johnny moves and Gargano wtih an arm drag into an arm bar. Gotch gets to his feet and Gotch tries for a slam but Gargano escapes. Gargano with an arm drag into a crucifix cover and a near fall. Gotch with a forearm and he tags in English. English with a wrist lock. Gargano with a reversal. English with an Irish whip but Gargano floats over and rolls English and hits a round kick for a near fall. Ciampa tags in and Gargano with an enzuigiri while Ciampa hits a knee. Ciampa gets a near fall.
English with a punch and Ciampa sends English to the apron. Ciampa with a knee to knock English to the floor. Gargano tags in and Gargano hits a suicide dive onto English and Gotch. Gotch distracts Gargano long enough to allow English to knock Gargano to the floor. Gotch tags in and punches Gargano before sending him into the ring. Gotch with a kick followed by an arm bar. Gotch with a wrist lock and he looks like he wants to manipulate some digits.
English tags in and he kicks Gargano and gets a near fall. English with a wrist lock of his own as he works on the fingers and wrist. Gargano with a punch but English with a slam. English has something to say to Ciampa and Gargano tries to keep English at bay using his feet. English with an Irish whip but he runs into knees from Gargano. Gotch with a shot to Gargano. Ciampa is tagged in and he connects with back elbows. Ciampa with a flying cltohesline and he knocks Gotch off the apron.
Ciampa with elbows followed by an elevated Flatline for a near fall. Ciampa tries for a slam but English gets to his feet. English with an O’Connor Roll for a near fall. Ciampa sends English over the top rope but Gotch makes the tag before English goes to the floor. Gargano takes care of Engish on the floor.Gotch with a rollup for a near fall. Ciampa with a rollup for a near fall. Ciampa floats over into the modified Fujiwara arm bar and Gotch taps out.

Tye Dillinger is getting ready in the back and Alex Reyes asks Tye about his match with Shinsuke Nakamura. Tye corrects Alex and says that Shinsuke competes against him. If Nakamura thinks he can dance into NXT and get past Tye Dillinger, it is not that easy. He will send Shinsuke back to Japan and when he gets that homecoming in Japan, he will be able to tell everyone what it is like to lose to a perfect ten.
Tye leaves and he returns to give Alex a three.

Tucker Knight vs. Baron Corbin
They lock up and Corbin backs Knight into the turnbuckles and Corbin pushes Knight. Knight pushes back but Corbin with punches in the corner. Corbin sends Knight into the turnbuckles and connects with an elbow. Corbin with another punch and then he connects with an elbow to the top of the head. Corbin punches Knight and Knight wtih an elbow and drop kick. Knight with a splash into the corner and a Thesz Press. Corbin escapes a slam and punches Knight and sends him to the mat. Corbin with End of Days for the three count.
Winner: Baron Corbin
We go to footage from earlier in the day and Jason Jordan and Chad Gable are in the auditorium. They talk about who has peformed here in the past, but this is where they won the tag titles.
Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady stop by. Enzo says the match was one of the best they saw. Enzo says him and Cass have been here longer than anyone and they have seen a lot of good teams come and go. Colin says there is one team they never faced.
Enzo says they don’t have to put the titles on the line but they make the challenge.
Chad and Jason accept the challenge.
Bayley vs. Liv Morgan
They lock up and Bayley with a wrist lock. Liv with a reversal. Bayley wth a reversal into a wrist lock. Liv with a reversal of her own. Liv with a Matrix move and Bayley wtih a sna mare. Bayley with an elbow to teh back followed by a sliding D but she misses a knee drop when Liv moves. Liv with a waist lock and Bayley with a standing swtch. Liv with a spinning head scissors. Bayley with a single leg take down into a side head lock and reverse chin lock.
Bayley with a side head lock take down. Liv gets a near fall with a rollup. Bayley runs Liv into the turnbuckles with shoudlers and Bayley with a running back elbow into the corner. Bayley misses an elbow in the corner and Liv with an elbow drop and bulldog. Liv goes into the corner for a monkey flip and she connects. Bayley with elbows to the neck and Bayley with a belly-to-belly suplex for the three count.
Winner: Bayley
After the match, Bayley gets the mic and she thanks everyone. Bayley says a true champion is not measured by the number of times they get knocked down, they get measured by the number of times they get up. She says she lost to an amazing competitor at Takeover. She was the better woman that night. That might make some of you angry and it makes her angry. She says not to feel sorry for her because she wlll be champion again. She is still standing and she will stand for each and every one of you.

We are back and we are told that American Alpha will face Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady next week on NXT. We will also see Samoa Joe vs. Apollo Crews.
Tye Dillinger vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
Nakamura teases some kicks to back up Dillinger. Dillinger responds to the fans chanting ’10’. He does not appreciate the chants for Nakamura. Dillinger with a snap mare and cartwheel as he tells Nakamura ‘ten’. Dillinger tells Nakamura to bring it. They lock up and Nakamura with a wrist lock but Dillinger has his arm across the face. Nakamura leans on Dillinger on the break. Nakamura tells Dillinger to bring it and he kicks Dillinger. Nakamura with a knee to the midsection. Dillinger goes to the apron and he calls for a time out. Dillinger wtih a super kick for a near fall. Dillinger with another near fall. Dillinger with punches and kicks.
Dillinger mocks Nakamura. Dillinger with a knee to the back and then he runs his boot laces across the face. Dillinger with a snap mare and rear chin lock. Dillinger with knees to the ribs and back. Nakamura gets to his feet and he blocks a kick. Nakamura misses a kick but he does not miss with a second one. Nakamura with forearms and an enzuigiri. Nakamura with kicks in the corner and then he puts Dillinger on the turnbuckles for a running knee to the midsection. Nakamura with Kinshasa for the three count.
