Xavier Woods says they could see themselves in Michael Hayes and Jimmy Garvin when they came out dancing, and they were really having fun. Kofi Kingston talks about how they were marking out on the bus ride over with a bunch of Legends, and how they felt out of place. Big E says hearing the road stories was great for him because that’s what people don’t get to see and that’s what bonds the wrestlers.
– Goldust noted on Twitter that he will have a new “paint job” when he competes in the third annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32 today.
– WWE spoke with Beth Phoenix and her partner, WWE Hall of Famer Edge, while the two were at the Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday night. The couple revealed that they are expecting their second child together. Beth commented:
“I haven’t been able to come back here for a couple of years because I’ve been chasing our first child, Lyric — our little two-year-old who’s very excited to be a big sister. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to come back, visit everybody and enjoy the experience. Before I get back into ‘Baby Land,’ I thought this was a good window to come and say ‘hi,’ see the new generation of Divas and where it’s all headed.”
