Triple H made the following congratulatory tweet to new WWE NXT Champion Samoa Joe tonight. As noted, Joe defeated Finn Balor at the NXT live event in Lowell, MA tonight. Balor may have suffered an injury but it could have been part of the match, we’ll keep you updated.
