As noted earlier, WWE plans to re-brand the Divas Championship and change it back to the to the Women’s Championship.
We received word that the company has already re-designed the new Womens title belt to look similar to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship title belt.
It’s also being said that one of the former WWE Womens Champions will present the new title to whichever Diva wins at tonight’s WrestleMania event. Lita, Molly Holly and Madusa are all in Dallas for WrestleMania weekend.
It would probably make more sense out of the names listed for Madusa to present the title belt, given her controversy in throwing away the old title in the past while working for WCW. WWE could go with an angle where the Divas title is thrown away.
