On Tuesday afternoon, UFC Featherweight champion Conor McGregor shocked/confused the MMA world when he seemingly announced his retirement from the sport. Perhaps this will turn out to be some sort of publicity stunt, but now Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com is reporting that this is not a joke or publicity stunt.

While we await additional information regarding McGregor’s future in UFC, WWE women’s wrestler Becky Lynch is inviting “The Notorious” to join WWE. Lynch, who also hails from Ireland, tweeted to McGregor:
